Job summary

Purosearch Ltd in Radstock is seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a dementia care specialism to lead a North Somerset nursing home. The role focuses on creating a home where residents live well, families trust the team, and staff are proud of the care delivered daily.

You will be responsible for leadership, culture, quality, and performance; ensuring CQC compliance, managing budgets and resources, and championing innovative dementia care alongside families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Nursing Home Manager with dementia care oversight.
• History of GOOD CQC reports.
• In-depth knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a North Somerset Nursing home owned by a developing care provider.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.
