Job summary

Agincare is looking for a Maintenance Person at Chalgrove care home in Poole. You will maintain the building and grounds and perform repairs to keep the home safe and well-presented for residents.

You will work about 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including painting, decorating, plastering, and liaising with the head office for external repairs. Experience in care settings is beneficial.

• Experience in building and grounds maintenance
• Understanding of health and safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds in line with health and safety regulations
• Perform repairs including painting, decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, door and window repairs
• Liaise with head office to refer repairs to contractors when needed
• Ensure work is completed and recorded in line with regulatory requirements
