Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements.
• Carry out repairs including painting, decorating, plastering, and door/window repairs.
• Lerge with head office to refer repairs to contractors when needed.
• Ensure the care home remains safe for residents at all times.
• Record and complete work in line with regulatory requirements.
