Job summary

Agincare is seeking an experienced Maintenance Person to join Rose Court Care Home in London. You will maintain the building and grounds, undertake repairs such as painting and plastering, and liaise with head office for contractor referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work
• Must hold a Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
• Undertake repairs including painting, decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, doors and windows
• Refer complex repairs to head office for contractor involvement
• Ensure safety for residents and compliance with regulatory requirements
