Qualifications

• Good English (written and verbal) required.
• Vocational qualification such as HNC/City and Guilds in Maintenance or Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing effectiveness of maintenance implementations.
• Implement actions to meet and maintain maintenance standards.
• Systematically solve day-to-day issues affecting maintenance.
• Follow legislative requirements and health and safety regulations.
