Care UK is seeking a Maintenance person to help keep care home premises safe and well-maintained. You will perform general maintenance, checks, and repairs, assist with decor, and support the welfare of residents within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Ability to carry out repairs and report faults promptly.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a care-home team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance checks and repairs.
• Contact engineers or service agents when needed.
• Perform basic fire and electrical safety checks.
• Keep the environment clean and well decorated.
