Job summary

Qualifications

• Has a minimum of 1 year in general maintenance or a trade qualification.
• Knowledge ofHealth and Safety, Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and COSHH.
• Able to be flexible to cover a range of tasks on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs inside and outside the Home.
• Assist residents with room arrangements.
• Oversee routine re-decoration to maintain standards in the home.
• Advise on supplies and ordering of replacement goods.
• Provide out of hours emergency service and participate in the on-call rota.
