Responsibilities

• Resolve home maintenance concerns promptly using knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with approved contractors and source alternative suppliers as needed.
• Cover all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems contained within the building.
• Direct line management of the Maintenance Assistant, including day-to-day supervision and approvals.
