Job summary

You will train and supervise the kitchen team, accommodate dietary requirements, and maintain precise temperature and stock records to support resident wellbeing and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as head chef in a care/home setting.
• Ability to design menus for residents with dietary needs.
• Knowledge of food cost control and stock management.
