Responsibilities

• Cooking & Meal Prep: Prepare nutritious meals for residents, following dietary requirements such as IDDSI and cultural/religious needs.
• Leadership: Deputise for Head Chef and help lead the kitchen team, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Resident Engagement: Interact with residents and participate in dining experience committees to ensure satisfaction.
• Hygiene & Compliance: Maintain high cleanliness standards and readiness for EHO inspections.
