The role involves managing defects, quotes, and contractor work, with a focus on value for money and minimal disruption to care and daily life. A driving licence and hands-on maintenance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Knowledge of building services and compliance requirements.
• Experience with planned maintenance systems and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs to buildings and equipment.
• Carry out safety, compliance and environmental checks and document results.
• Obtain quotes and manage repairs using approved contractors.
