Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day upkeep, coordinate contractors, and manage building systems to support high-quality care.

You may supervise the Maintenance Assistant, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining a supportive, respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Understanding of safety and fire safety systems.
• Ability to make decisions in residents' best interests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment and ensure building upkeep.
• Engage with approved contractors and source suppliers as needed.
• Cover emergencies related to the home’s fabric and systems.
• Direct line management of the Maintenance Assistant where applicable.
