Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Ensure smooth running of facilities and high standard of general upkeep.
• Direct line management of the Maintenance Assistant, including supervision and holiday approvals.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage emergencies in a timely manner.
