Holmes Care Group LTD in Scotland is seeking a Cook to produce varied, tasty menus for residents, accommodating dietary requirements and ensuring kitchen cleanliness. You will prepare and serve meals while guiding the kitchen team and managing stock and safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cook with the ability to accommodate dietary requirements.
• Hold relevant qualifications and Food Hygiene Certificates.
• Aware of all relevant regulations governing food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Produce varied, tasty menus for residents while accommodating dietary needs.
• Provide special diets where necessary and ensure cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Prepare and serve meals and guide the kitchen team.
• Stock control, replenishing and ordering as needed.
• Manage Food Health and Safety documentation and compliance.
