Job summary

BRVTH Care in Glasgow is seeking a Care Audit & Compliance Officer to ensure residential and nursing services meet national standards. The role involves planning, delivering, and reporting audits across services, driving continuous quality improvement and safeguarding residents.

The successful candidate will work with Registered Managers, Service Managers, and head office to ensure CI criteria are met and regulatory compliance is maintained. Visa sponsorship is available for this UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in compliance management within health or social care.
• Good awareness of the regulatory framework for care homes and supported living services.
• Ability to assess data, identify patterns and drive improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal compliance audits across BRVTH Care facilities.
• Identify non-compliance, hazards and develop corrective action plans.
• Inform managers of audit results and set timely improvement timelines.
• Produce audit reports and monitor ongoing improvement projects.
• Report findings to senior management and ensure proper documentation.
