Pertemps Leicester Industrial are recruiting for an Administrator in Peterborough for a full-time, temp-to-perm role in a care setting. You will speak with residents, families and colleagues, building relationships and resolving problems while supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate has care, healthcare or customer service experience, confident communication, and strong organisational skills. The role is Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Formación

• Experience in care, healthcare or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills required.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Handle regular telephone calls with diverse people.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve problems.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Update records and manage administrative tasks.
• Learn new systems and procedures quickly.
• Escalate issues when needed.
• Use initiative to identify solutions.
• Support the wider team to run daily operations.
