You will greet residents and families, help managers, and contribute to a warm, organised environment, with opportunities to develop skills through courses.

This role requires a friendly, multi-tasking individual with good computer and telephone skills, who enjoys helping people and delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task across administrative tasks.
• Good computer skills and basic IT literacy.
• Confident telephone manner when dealing with callers.
• People-oriented approach focused on residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and manage incoming calls.
• Handle files and assist managers with admin tasks.
• Meet and greet visitors and liaise with residents and families.
• Show prospective clients around the home and facilities.
