Job summary
Kent County Council invites applications for a Personal Adviser in the 18+ Care Leavers Service based at Worrall House. You will be the first point of contact for a defined group of care-experienced young people, supporting them as they plan to leave care and transition to adulthood.
You will develop detailed Pathway Plans, encourage participation, and build strong multi-agency links. A Full UK Driving Licence is required and some travel across Kent and beyond may be necessary; overtime is not
