Care UK at Sid Bailey is looking for a passionate, hands-on Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager and inspire nursing and care colleagues.

You will lead with governance, regularly auditing practices and procedures, and focus on residents with complex needs while adhering to the latest guidelines.

As a proven line manager in a care home, you will build strong relationships with residents and families and drive continuous improvement within a supportive, caring environment.

What you'll do

Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality pastoral care.

You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it's vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures.

As a proven line manager in a care home setting, you will be keen to develop your leadership skills and knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
