Job summary

Sapphire Global Solutions Ltd in Leatherhead is seeking a Care Coordinator to deliver premium home care to older people and adults with physical learning disabilities. You will sit at the central office, build and manage the rota, and respond to incoming charges from families, carers, professionals and clients.

The role requires a genuine commitment to person-centered care, solid knowledge of domiciliary care, and strong scheduling abilities.

Qualifications

• NVQ or QCF level 3 in health and social care or adult is required.
• Experience of Care Planner.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• A full IK driving licence with access to own vehicle with insurance.
• Enhanced DBS check including adult barred list – this will be arranged and paid for.
• Two satisfactory references.
