Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will manage the delivery of high-quality care services and ensure Care Workers are matched to Clients based on care needs and proximity.

The role requires scheduling expertise, a vehicle, and a commitment to welfare standards. NVQ/SVQ 2/3 is preferred but not essential, with opportunities for training and progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to schedule and coordinate care visits effectively.
• Experience coordinating carers for domiciliary care services.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (CQC/CI/CIW) is essential.
• Must have good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Driver with access to a vehicle is required.

Job description

Salary:£29,100 per annum

Role

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements

• Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
