Job summary

Agincare seeks a Care Coordinator for our New Milton branch. You will coordinate care services and client schedules, matching carers to clients and planning rotas to ensure continuous care. You’ll liaise with families and healthcare professionals, recording staff availability and on-call events.

The role requires organisation, problem-solving and people skills, with driving licence and right to work in the UK. A rewarding opportunity in a well-established care provider.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in care or health and social care.
• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK with sufficient remaining time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.
• Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay).
