Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator for the Stourport-on-Severn area. You will organise care schedules, match carers with clients, and support new care packages while planning rotas to ensure seamless care delivery.

The role requires being highly organised, people-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment, with a driver’s license and access to a vehicle. On-call duties may be required with additional pay and weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.
• Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided) Every Other Weekend
