Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Care Coordinator for our New Milton Branch. The role focuses on organising care schedules, matching carers with clients, and supporting new care packages to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates are organised, people-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A driving licence and right to work in the UK are required. Compensation includes mileage, training progression, and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in care coordination or scheduling, or minimum Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.
• Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided).
