Job summary

A & B healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team in Bridlington. You will coordinate care packages, organise rotas and work closely with clients, families and the care team to ensure services run smoothly.

Hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday, with a focus on rostering, staff development through supervisions and appraisals, and maintaining high standards while addressing feedback promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating care services and rostering in a care setting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to monitor staff performance.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Roster and template care calls using an electronic system.
• Direct management of the care team; supervise, appraise and monitor performance.
• Create, manage and monitor customer care; ensure rotas meet service users' needs and aspirations.
• Ensure telephones are answered promptly and conversations are polite and respectful.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to address quality standards, complaints and comments.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, families and healthcare professionals.
