Job summary

Alina Homecare in Epping is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. You’ll work with the Manager and staff to create rotas, assess clients, and ensure high standards of care within the local community.

We offer extensive training, opportunities to study for a Diploma in Health and Social Care, on-call rotation, and enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care sector (office or hands-on)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset
• IT literate with experience of care management software
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules
• Matching carers to clients based on skills and compatibility
• Conducting initial client assessments and reviews
• Handling enquiries from clients, families and healthcare professionals
• Supporting care staff with day-to-day queries
• Ensuring compliance with care plans and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records in care management systems
• Covering care calls in emergencies when required
• Participating in on-call rota
