L&F Care Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator for a fixed-term contract in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. You will grow and develop the domiciliary care service, mentor the team, and cover out of hours on-call duties while building strong local relationships.

The role requires a current British driving licence and access to your own vehicle, plus excellent administration and IT skills to support operations and compliance.
