• Coordinate care delivery across a growing domiciliary care caseload.

Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care

Location: Leicester

Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join a growing domiciliary care service in Leicester. The service is in its early stages with a small but developing client base, currently delivering approximately 100 care hours per week across local authority and private packages. This is a largely autonomous role suited to a self-starter who can hit the ground running, support compliance, and help grow the service.

The Role

• Coordinate care delivery across a growing domiciliary care caseload
