Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care - We DO NOT offer sponsorship

We’re recruiting a Care Coordinator for our client based in Hoddesdon, supporting the day-to-day coordination of a domiciliary care service.

This role suits someone who understands care delivery, enjoys organisation, and can stay calm when plans change.

The role:

You’ll support the smooth running of care packages by:

• Coordinating carers and rotas
• Managing short-notice cover and run-outs when required
• Supporting basic care planning and scheduling
• Acting as a point of contact for carers and service users
• Ensuring continuity of care and service quality
• Stepping in to support operational needs when required

This is a hands-on coordination role, not purely desk-based. A willingness to be involved when needed is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in domiciliary care or a strong understanding of care delivery
• Care background highly desirable
• Organised, reliable, and confident communicator
• Able to handle pressure and last-minute changes
• Full UK driving licence preferred, as occasional driving may be required in emergencies
