Premier Healthcare is seeking a Care Coordinator for our Finchley, London branch. You will manage daily care visit scheduling, support the care team, and maintain clear communication with clients and families to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will work within a busy domiciliary care setting, handling client records, care plans, safeguarding, and staff onboarding while adhering to CQC standards. This is a permanent, full-time position with ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• Experience in a care coordination or administrative role within domiciliary care preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
• Strong IT skills, including experience with care management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily scheduling of care visits and ensure staff rotas meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and care plans in line with policies and CQC regulations.
• Support Care Workers by providing guidance, advice, and training where required.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and external professionals.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new care staff.
