You will coordinate visits, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with carers, clients, and families. The role requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on compassionate, client-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care coordination, healthcare, or scheduling preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Caring, professional, and team-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule care staff to meet client needs efficiently
• Manage rotas and ensure all visits are covered

• Support the onboarding and ongoing support of care workers
• Maintain accurate records and care schedules
