Job summary

Helping Hands is seeking an experienced care coordinator in the UK. The role involves rota planning, briefing carers before care calls, conducting supervisions and supporting the care manager with recruitment and compliance.

You will work closely with carers to ensure high-quality person-centred care and meet tight deadlines while delivering a smooth behind-the-scenes operation. Applicants must hold a current UK driving licence, have access to a car, and have excellent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in care coordination or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK and DBS check arranged by employer.

Responsibilities

• Allocating the right carer to the right customer at the right time.
• Authorising carer holidays and cover.
• Supporting the care manager with customer visits.
• Ensuring all carer and customer records are up to date.
• Participating in the branch on-call rota.
