Job summary

Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is hiring a Care Coordinator for domiciliary care in Barnsley. The role involves coordinating visits, managing rotas, and ensuring care workers meet training and supervision requirements.

You’ll support the Registered Manager to maintain high-quality care and participate in the on-call rota roughly one week each month. The position is full-time, based at our Barnsley office with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience coordinating care and managing rotas in domiciliary care.
• Working understanding of CQC regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• NVQ/Level 3 Health & Social Care is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate care visits across Barnsley.
• Adapt rotas around staff availability and changes to service users.
• Ensure care workers attend meetings, supervisions and training on time.
• Support the Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality service.
• Participate in the on-call rota, about one week per month.
