Job summary

Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking a Care Coordinator for domiciliary care in Brighton. You will plan and monitor care packages, manage rotas and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Working closely with clients, families and staff, you will maintain accurate records, support audits, and help with recruitment and training. The role suits an organised, reliable professional with strong communication and computer skills and a genuine passion for helping people live

• Experience in domiciliary care or similar care coordination role.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using computers and care management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage care rotas and staff schedules.
• Allocate carers to clients based on needs and availability.
• Communicate with clients, families and care professionals.
• Monitor visits and respond promptly to issues.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Assist audits and compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training coordination.
• Handle changes to care packages and emergency cover.
• Build relationships with clients and staff.
• Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with policies and CQC standards.
