Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking a Care Coordinator for domiciliary care in Brighton. You will plan and monitor care packages, manage rotas and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Working closely with clients, families and staff, you will maintain accurate records, support audits, and help with recruitment and training. The role suits an organised, reliable professional with strong communication and computer skills and a genuine passion for helping people live

Salary: £28,000 per annum

We are looking for a reliable, organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary care team in Brighton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in care coordination who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

The Role

As Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our care services run smoothly and that clients receive the right care at the right time.

You will work closely with clients, families, care staff and management to coordinate care packages and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage care rotas and staff schedules
