Caremark Dartford, Gravesham And Medway is seeking a proactive Care Coordinator to organise rotas, recruit and onboard care staff, and ensure high-quality home care across Dartford, Gravesham and Medway. A UK driving license and access to a car are required for this hands-on, full-time role.
You will liaise with clients, families and staff, maintain records and deliver exceptional service while supporting the growth of the service in a busy office environment.
Reports to: Care Manager
Summary of role
Ensure all client visits are allocated, recruit suitable Care and Support Workers, and maintain appropriate office procedures.

The role is based in our Medway office and is a full time position.
The role is Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm.
