Health Recruit Network is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator for a Tunbridge Wells domiciliary care service. You will coordinate delivery of care, manage rotas, liaise with staff, service users and families, and support the Registered Manager to ensure safe, efficient operation.
This full-time, permanent role offers £30,000 per year, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, and the opportunity to grow with a expanding service including Supported Accommodation.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organized Care Coordinator to join a growing care provider based in Tunbridge Wells. The organisation currently delivers approximately 800-900 hours of domiciliary care each week and is also developing its Supported Accommodation provision. We are looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on Care Coordinator who can help ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of the service, while supporting the wider management team as the organisation continues to grow. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced role, is confident coordinating staff and care packages, and wants to develop their career within adult social care.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of care services, ensuring people receive their planned support from appropriately trained and reliable care staff. You will play a key role in managing rotas, staff availability, service-user requirements and day-to-day changes, ensuring the service continues to operate efficiently and safely.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, confident and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy care environment.
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Some flexibility will be required depending on the needs of the service, particularly when dealing with staff shortages, changes to care packages or operational requirements.
