Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator for our Stourport-on-Severn service. You’ll be organising, coordinating care, and matching carers with clients to ensure high-quality support.

The role involves planning rotas, liaising with families and professionals, and supporting new care packages. We offer training, mileage allowance, and a refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
