Job description

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on their care needs and proximity where possible.

Requirements:

• Experience as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver excellent care
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems
• Understanding of CQC/CI/CIW compliance
• Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
• NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
