Job summary

Phoenix Futures in Sheffield is seeking a Care Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day running of a residential service. You will ensure high-quality, well-coordinated care for residents, their children, and visiting professionals.

You will manage office administration, book appointments, maintain diaries and records, greet visitors, perform safeguarding checks, and assist residents with day-to-day needs when they attend the office.

Job description

We are looking for an organised and compassionate Care Co-ordinator to join our Sheffield Family Service. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of a residential service, ensuring residents, their children, and visiting professionals receive a high-quality, well-coordinated service.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Fixed Term Contract
