Job summary

Murray Healthcare Services Ltd is recruiting an experienced Care Coordinator for our Leicester team. You will lead a team of carers, coordinate rotas and resource allocation, and drive high-quality, person-centred care.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on health & social care experience, and a solid understanding of care planning, risk management and quality assurance. You will collaborate with clients, families and healthcare professionals to ensure compliant care delivery.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• 2+ years’ experience in a care setting.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in domiciliary care or supported living is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing a team of care staff.
• Good understanding of health & social care legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with care planning, risk management and quality assurance.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
