Job summary

Location: Croydon, South London (CR0) Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum Hours: Full-Time Contract: Permanent Sponsorship: Not available

We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care and supported living service in Croydon. This is a standard coordination role within a well-structured team, combining office-based work with some field visits. The service delivers approximately 2,000 care hours per week with a workforce of around 90 carers.

The Role

• Coordinate care packages and ensure timely, person-centred delivery
• Manage and update staff rotas and care worker allocation
• Liaise with service users, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals
• Carry out some field visits and spot checks as required
• Maintain accurate care records and compliance documentation
• Respond to changes in service user needs and staffing requirements

Requirements
