Cera Care Ltd in Wales is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Registered Manager, the role focuses on coordinating high-quality domiciliary care, ensuring carers are matched to clients based on need and proximity, and maintaining smooth service delivery across the week.
You will bring experience in scheduling, rota systems, and knowledge of CQC/CIW standards. A driver with your own vehicle is preferred, and NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 is a bonus.

37.5hrs per week Salary:£27,040 per annum Role: We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd.
In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.
Requirements:
Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency
Motivated to deliver first class care
Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
