Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. You will manage the delivery of high‑quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients by care level and proximity where possible, while working closely with the Branch Manager.

Ideal candidates will have SSSC registration and NVQ/SVQ qualifications, with experience in care assessments and reviews, and a flexible, team‑oriented approach in a fast‑growing startup setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification preferred but not essential.
• Registered with the SSSC is required.
• Ideally 2 years experience as a care coordinator for a domiciliary care agency.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Experience conducting care assessments and reviews is desirable.
• Organised, methodical and detail‑oriented.
• Flexible with working schedules in a fast‑growing startup environment.
• Team player is crucial to the role.

Position: Care Coordinator

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Role:

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements:

• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Registered with the SSSC
• Ideally 2 years experience working as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Being flexible around working schedules, roles and responsibility as it is a fast growing start up environment
• Being a team player is extremely crucial to this role.
