i2i Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to support a responsive care team in Cheltenham. The role focuses on coordinating staff rotas, ensuring adequate care cover, and assisting with day-to-day operations to maintain high standards of client care.

You will work closely with clients, families and care staff, adapting to changing priorities and contributing to recruitment and staff development initiatives. A person-centred approach is essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff rotas and ensure appropriate care cover.
• Support the day-to-day running of the care service.
• Respond to staffing changes and resolve scheduling issues.
• Support care plans, assessments and client reviews.
• Communicate with clients, families and care staff.
• Assist with recruitment, inductions and staff development.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of care.
• Take part in the on-call rota.

Must have's
