A dedicated care provider in Hastings is looking for an Experienced Care Coordinator to support clients and manage care schedules. This full-time role involves creating rotas, communicating with clients, and ensuring care standards. The ideal candidate will have significant care coordination experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and must hold a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. The position requires flexibility to cover care calls and participate in an on-call rota.

Overview

Job Title: Experienced Care Coordinator

Location: Hastings, East Sussex

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (with flexibility to cover care calls when needed and On Call duties)

Please note: We operate 7 days a week, so this is not a typical Monday – Friday, 9-5 role. A day off during the week is given if covering weekends. As an experienced Care Coordinator, you will already understand the need for this flexibility.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our friendly office team. You’ll be the vital link between our clients and care team – ensuring schedules run smoothly, care plans are followed, and quality standards are consistently met.
