Job summary

Agincare UK in Bridport seeks a Care Coordinator to connect carers with clients and organise care packages. This full‑time role rewards strong organisation, clear communication, and a focus on continuity of care within a busy environment.

You will match carers with clients, support new care packages, and maintain rotas. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, along with UK work eligibility and a commitment to high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or care coordination is desirable.
• Must have at least 12 months remaining on the right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Match carers with clients and organise care schedules.
• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Keep rotas running smoothly and ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
• Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends when required.
