You will ideally have:

  • Experience working with computerised systems and databases.
  • Strong administration or office-based experience.
  • Experience within customer service or a similar coordination environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • A patient, understanding and professional approach.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent service.
What We’re Looking For

This role would suit anyone who enjoys planning, problem-solving and coordinating people and resources and who can take ownership of their workload.

You will need to be comfortable working as part of a wider team, communicating with multiple stakeholders and responding quickly when changes to staffing or service delivery occur.

You will also be expected to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and the organisation's values.

Training will be provided where required, and there is an expectation that you will be committed to your own ongoing learning and development.

If you're an organised administrator or coordinator looking for a rewarding role within health and social care, we'd love to hear from you.
