Right at Home Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford & Braintree is seeking a Care Compliance Coordinator to join our Dunmow Office. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £27,000 plus bonus and around £1,000 on-call allowance.

You will manage daily site compliance, support scheduling, and ensure high-quality care for clients in their own homes while growing your skills within a supportive, award-winning homecare team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer service setting is essential.
• Previous domiciliary care experience is essential.
• Use of scheduling/HR/recording systems is desirable.
• Relevant Health & Social Care qualifications are desirable.

Aufgaben

• Be accountable to the Care Manager for smooth day-to-day client and staff compliance.
• Maintain outstanding compliance and aim for Good to Outstanding across the business.
• Observe staff and provide feedback to embed best practice.
• Oversee client journey from in-home assessment to care planning.
• Ensure high-quality care to clients in their own home.
• Back-up for scheduling and ensure efficient practice.
• Enforce company policies and ensure up-to-date training.
• Share out-of-hours coverage on a rota and manage emergencies.
• Communicate clearly to manage expectations and build relationships.
• Report weekly on compliance KPIs.
