Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking a Care Co-ordinator to support Hampshire teams across Winchester, Eastleigh and Romsey. The role offers a salary of £27,000–£32,000 per year with comprehensive training and a friendly team.

You will produce and manage efficient schedules for care assistants, maintain continuity of visits, and help set up new customers while upholding high standards. A positive, team-focused mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce efficient care assistant schedules.
• Ensure continuity for customers' care visits.

• Uphold high-quality standards and adapt to rota changes.
• Respond to emergencies via the on-call line.

As a Care Co-ordinator your key responsibilities will include:

• Rising to the challenge of last-minute rota changes
